Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OnPlan ("Service"), provided by Songonhae ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  1. "Service" refers to the AI-powered PRD generation tool and related features provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
  3. "Member" means a User who has signed up via Google OAuth.
  4. "Content" refers to interview data, project information entered by Users, and PRD outputs generated by the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. Changes take effect upon being posted within the Service.
  3. If you disagree with the amended Terms, you may discontinue use and request account deletion.

3. Account Registration

  1. Account registration is performed through Google OAuth.
  2. The Company may refuse or terminate registration in the following cases:
    • Use of another person's information
    • Violation of laws or public order
    • Disruption of normal Service operation

4. Service Description

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Role-based AI interviews
    • Automated PRD (Product Requirements Document) generation
    • Role-specific document generation
    • Conflict detection and decision support
  2. The Company may modify Service features for quality improvement, with prior notice.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend Service for maintenance, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.

5. Pricing and Payment

  1. The Company offers the following plans:
    • Free — Limited features, no charge
    • Pro — $29/month or $279/year
    • Max — $79/month or $759/year
    • Early Bird Lifetime — One-time payment of $79 (limited quantity)
  2. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. The Company does not directly store payment card information.
  3. Subscriptions auto-renew. Users may cancel at any time; cancellation stops renewal at the next billing date.

6. Refund Policy

  1. Users may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been substantially used.
  2. "Substantial use" is defined as:
    • One or more PRD generations
    • One or more role-specific document generations
  3. Lifetime plan refunds are available within 14 days under the same usage criteria.
  4. Refund requests should be sent to onhaesong@gmail.com and will be processed within 3 business days.

7. User Obligations

  1. Users shall not engage in the following activities:
    • Identity theft
    • Unauthorized modification of Company-posted information
    • Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
    • Disruption of normal Service operation
    • Posting obscene or violent content contrary to public order and morals
  2. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts and must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access.

8. Content Rights

  1. Users retain rights to interview data and project information they input.
  2. The Company may use de-identified User content for Service provision, quality improvement, and statistical analysis.
  3. The right to use PRD outputs generated by the Service is granted to the User. However, the Company may provide identical or similar outputs to other Users.

9. Service Restrictions

The Company may restrict Service use or terminate Membership without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or disrupts normal Service operation.

10. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is exempt from liability for Service failures caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions.
  2. PRDs generated by the Company are AI-generated outputs. Responsibility for business decisions based on these outputs rests with the User.
  3. The Company is not liable for expected revenue not realized or losses incurred through use of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Company and User.
  2. If negotiation fails, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction at courts under the Civil Procedure Act.
